EX headbutt I would only find tough to punish if he just randomly does it in neutral like after another special or something. It’s not even a real reversal so you can just meaty, block and do the nicest CC punish possible on his wake up. Plus charge reversals are inherently weaker due to not being able to mash them which means you only get one shot at them. They auto correct or hit on both sides pretty nicely, but doesn’t beat being able to reverse on a dime.
