I never said I couldn’t, I just said Alex can’t cover deep jump-ins as well as before. His st.lp had it’s hitbox lowered, it can lose to certain deep jump-in attacks now, there isn’t any training method or fix to this, that’s just how it is. As said, you’ll want EX Knee to cover these types of jumps, or a very pre-emptive meterless Knee. That’s not bitching, that’s just telling you what Alex’s changes have done to him.
Basically he has to AA normally like everyone else.
But Ken is the equivalent of satans asshole.
He’s the exception to the rule.
His St.lp is normal now and not god tier, but if by normally you mean have a universally strong AA then nah, his AA game is more diverse depending on ranges. Kinda like SFIV Chun but not as bad.

I practice AA by purposely giving myself other stuff to look at. Cross train punishing dashes and whiff punishing.
My 5 recordings are like this. Whiff 2 jabs then…
1 jump forward button
2 stand for a second then jump forward button
3 walk forward poke
4 dash throw
5 stand for a second then dash throw
At the end of each action i also have the dummy go back to a similar spacing
