I played a couple low-level casual sets a few years ago.
Tekken chars have a ton of TCs, it’s hilarious. It’s like half the cast is MvC3 Dante. 
You right tho. I’d get hit by all kinds of bullshit.

That reminds me, I noticed this week that Steam GGXX Reload also has a patch like this and it’s absolutely dirt cheap.
(It’s 20 Reais here and it’s not on sale. To put it in perspective, that’s less than 4 USD.)

But seriously, the Tekken zoners are so good. Alisa is Ryu on steroids, and JACK has that classic SF2 fireball trap. At one point his normal fireball hit LOW, but that was locked behind meter in the revised edition. All kinds of dumb stuff in that game.

Even as someone hyped for the game at first, I always thought the Tekken characters looked weird. The SF4 artstyle doesn’t work for them at all.
It’s not just the Tekken characters.

From what I understand it’s more like not wanting to pay a bunch of licensing fee’s. Which has been the case.
Usually it’s mutual beneficial situation exposure and money. In this case marvel had even more of a hand in things on something that had a smaller budget than usual already.
It just didn’t work out well.
But even for a “flop” selling half of what was expected, I’m sure since then it’s recouped if not made money.
And this was on a game that over all had very negative press and reviews. You don’t kill a brand like that, especially a marvel one.

Checking it out. Just reading that PsychoBlue wrote this already makes it very trustworthy for me, that dude is probably the biggest fan of SFxT I know.
He’ll probably know a ton of people that are willing to run some sets with you.
Like I said before, that game is just too damn ugly for me.
Psychoblue still keeping SFxT alive. I know he ran a couple of side tourneys in majors for it.

I’d be back on SFxT myself if my laptop didn’t suck eggs. I miss playing the Cammy s.MK game.
After it was patched SFxT was cool.
Really enjoyed the game, even had it on Vita thanks to crossbuy, pretty fun to play on the go, if the AI wouldn’t have been the dumbest it’s ever been in a SF game.
Hardest Difficulty in SFxT makes medium in other FGs look like a Nightmare.
At least I could use Training Mode on the go.

SFxT Nina is one of my favorite FG characters ever.
Dunno who I’d partner her with now though. Used to play Ryu before, but I think I’d want to test one of the grapplers now.
Or Alisa. Or Jin. Or Kazuya.
Shame the game died over here instantly
Lili was perfect until they ruined that beautiful mixup the two had…
If they released a ps4 version of sfxt, I’d be playing that shit everyday
