Seth doesn’t have a projectile or an abusable CC but he has basically everything else. His buttons are really good.

Cr.mp is a good buffer and your party starter.

Cr.mk is a cancelable low with good range

Cr.hk is good. It’s long range, moves slightly forward, and has 4 active frames. Not spammable but good at forcing respect.

Sweep (cr.hp) is similar. Long reach, moves forward a lot, 4 active frames. Obviously unsafe, but the range means it can whiff punish some slower stuff into a KD.

St.lk has a low crush hitbox and is his only light that combos into a VS2 attack. S.lk+VS2 tatsu+ 1 bar = half stage corner carry.
Also with his specials:

Stand rush is safe with spacing and has 1 million active frames. Not something you always throw out but it can be good against aggressive players.

Axe Kick is similar. Spaced it’s basically unpublishable unless you whiff. Great active frames and actually leads to combos under perfect conditions. Light is by far the beat version.

VS1 is the closest thing Seth has to a fb. Reaches like half screen iirc, no followup is like -2 I think. Very high active frames (~20?). Doesn’t hit airborne opponents so if you get jumped just put your stick down lol

It’s worth nothing that VS2>stand rush is safe and obviously goes super far. You really shouldn’t just throw this out but I’d be lying if I said I never did it.

Also, all buttons are cancelable into install art. So things that aren’t normally cancelable can actually be buffered once. Obviously your mileage will vary per character but it’s very good for buttons like cr.hk.

99% of games are single threaded. Some games will run a separate thread for the UI but this is rare. When you only have one thread, the number of cores (also hyperthreads on an intel chip) are largely irrelevant. Single core clockspeed (ghz) is kind of king. That being said your i5 may run itself at an overclock under load. WIthout the exact model numbers is hard to know for certain if your cpu can run the game. A cpu with a lot of cores will perform quite well at multi-tasking and using programs that take adavantage of multiple threads (eg database applications). It’s very hard to parallelize gaming tasks.

Your PC probably can run it. I’d give it a very good chance of it working.
Though tbh, I’d “find a demo” to test it out before buying it.

I am playing Falke with VS2 and barely using it because it has no use to begin with.
It removes my best ob VT1 activation, it removes my chip options, it decreases de overall efficiency of VT1.
And my win rate went from 38% to 47% on ranked matches with that at Super Diamond level.
This makes no DAMN sense.
