Because thats what makes Capcom games taste good.
They usually have massive fuck ups that add to the gameplay. In that regard, SF5 is probably the best programmed game they’ve ever made.

ST is a total mess and I love it. Look at the sprites, they’re all sort of fucked up cause they have old sprites from the CPS1 games that they reused, but then they give those characters new moves and the new frames they added with the CPS2 stuff have waaaay thinner lines and more detail.
And those moves and frames seem to be the most fucked up lol

ST is one of those things that make me go “well this is dumb as shit, what moron decided this was okay to put in the game” and then I don’t care because I’m having way too fun with it.
