Why wouldn’t I want G to be a problem? For better or worse robbing people is part of what makes SF5 the game it is.
A big problem with the game is that the time away from v-trigger doesn’t feel as satisfying to play. If you change that then the game becomes a lot more bearable.
If its at all possible for v-skills to drain the opponent’s v-trigger meter though, best believe I’m adding that.
It was a meme from back in the day.
Notice how not a single female character on Naruto was actually relevant.
Hence the pussy tax meme.
Kind of like how on SF until SFV all female chars were taxed on how much health they could have, never surpassing the 1000 thresehold.
Sanford mentioned it on Yipes and Chris Matrix’s podcast. He felt that a big problem with SF5 is that you can’t play around v-triggers. Triggers are just gonna happen for the sake of happening.
So if I’m gonna expand combo routes and add some decision making, why not able to deny the opponent v-meter gain? Yeah it’d be hard to do though.
I’m very aware about how the games frames and systems interact with each other but I wasn’t gonna type out a whole thesis when my goal was mostly just to meme
Triggers are just gonna happen for the sake of happening
Always found it hilarious playing as Mika. I’m basically never outta the game until I’m actually dead. I need one touch, then it’s blender time and I win off straight bullshit.
Well atleast SFV made Mika and Balrog fun as fuck for me. Still love what they did with Balrog.
Back in third strike, She had 1000. Starting with Super SF4, she got hit with 950 health. They brought it back up to 1000 for Arcade Edition, only to revert that change with Ultra SF4
