The only people that would that data would be Capcom. I’m not even sure how you could even quantify that, so yeah, we have to go with experience. Consider yourself lucky you don’t see a difference.

They are not claims, all of that have been tested throughly by multiple people, it is documented.
The lag when playing offline is due the CFN running on the background, unplug the ps4 and the lag dissapears.
Any other issue that you could find about lag on stages could be just that capcom as usual does a poor job optimizing their stuff.
Remember that there is the input lag cycle, where your lag keeps increasing recursevely in intervals.
And from what i remember, that was never fixed either.
That by itself is a problem that could lead to what people perceive as lag.
