No, the game part (not including wallpaper/border) is much smaller

Nah I just used print screen. Just take the top white bar of the game window and slide it to the top of the screen. It will automatically fill the screen. That will give you a windowed fullscreen experience. If you want actual fullscreen, go to the main menu > options > screen mode.
Switch to fullscreen and turn off V-Sync for the least input delay that Windows 10 can give you.

Here’s what it looks like on my laptop:
On my PS4 version with screen set to Full, there are no black bars on the top or bottom - just on the sides. It fits my tv screen perfectly.
It’s not a huge deal, I’ll just use an HDMI cable and put it in the tv, and while I’d prefer not to, this is a little too small for me

What in the holy fuck is this? Never seen it before. It’s probably an issue with what you set as the resolution, so you were right on that front.

You can only have full screen if your display is in 1080p or above.

@PlusFrames Set your Windows resolution to 1080p. That’s the fix. (Yes, I’m leaving the borders.)
Edit: I’ll try and find a way to change this in the .ini file.

The screen is fine, just a little too small. Especially when I’m sitting away with a hitbox on my lap. If I had a larger monitor, it’d be fine too
No need, just change your desktop resolution.
The highest my resolution will goto is 1366 x 768.
