The models are out there man. All of them. But they do not have proper armature ( skeleton ) , the object that attaches to the mesh ( model ), the very thing that allows you to create the animation.
I legit found all Street Fighter models for Xnalara but that’s not really an animation tool, it’s mostly for posing.Other software tools are far better if you want to get into keyframe animations.
