Do your stick/hitbox/whatever has a turbo function?
If it does, you can confirm easily whether or not it’s a limitation of the game, input lag, or an execution problem.

Didn’t think of that but I just tired it and even with turbo, the 10F normal won’t punish a -10 move.
I’m going to wakeup tomorrow and re-evaluate Hecatom’s advice because it’s not clicking with me right now. It’s been a long day though.

Then NRS’s Frame Data is borked.
Most likely, the 10f move literally has 10f startup before the first active frame.

That’s what I thought too, but a 10F special will punish it, if I get the “Reversal Punish” flag. That’s why i’m wondering if a frame gets eaten just registering the input without the flag.
Also, this Arnold impersonator for the Terminator is terrible. They shouldn’t have even done it if they couldn’t get the real thing.

And yeah, Nightmare is pretty slow, i need to revisit the training mode to see his new options, i am still trying to play him like if he was SCV Nightmare, which was kind of faster and had some nice frametrap options.
During the SC6 beta I switched to Nightmare and basically won 90% of my matches. He’s a big time scrub killer but I heard he isn’t great at high level.

Most of his problem comes that due his archetype, he gets in trouble very easily once you get in.
And many of the top tier chars are bad matchups for him by design
Add that, i assume, since there are more universal defensive options this time around, they toned down his frametrap game from V
