I believe Kira’s also claimed that he had insider access to the playtest versions, for the stuff that he wasn’t claiming to have datamined. And probably made a few other insider info claims as well.
But as for where he pulled those files, I’d guess from the same places he pulls most of his predictions: his own imagination and the claims he finds on foreign language message boards?
