REmake3 also cut a lot of areas.
REmake2 streamlined it a bit and made some changes, but overall no big cuts of content (the A and B Routes were pretty bad implementations compared to the Original tho.)
REmake3 removed huge chunks of the Original Game, made Nemesis a Joke and turned Raccon City into Raccorridor of Duty.
REmake3 is a huge downgrade from Remake2, like really big.
There’s hope REmake4 will not be as bad, if it is I will fly over to Japan and play Doomguy in the Capcom offices, cause I will not be ok with them fucking up a REmake of my favorite RE Game.
Speaking of RE4, RE8s Area looks a bit familar doesn’t it?
A Village in an Area that could be European and a Castle in the background, with some new Virus/Parasite to handle.
Lets see how this goes.
Apparently CvS2 runs well through Fightcade 2. I picked the right time to try to learn the game it seems.
I’ve a also played FEXL a bunch after I got home from holiday. I like that game a lot too. Fun neutral, cool characters, the gougi system is interesting, and the soundtrack is amazing.
Hold it right there, no one here believes you can do a 1 to 1 comparison between Capcom and The Fighting games division of Capcom.
So if you’re talking about SFVI, taking into account other Capcom products is just cheating.
We have no proof that the fighting games division stopped fucking up literally everything they attempt.
So I fucked around some more in FEXL, and decided to test “progressive” as a control scheme (neutral -> direction + button becomes specials, two directions + button becomes super).
Holy shit Darun just went from being good to being insanely stupid with this control scheme.
I literally said that I still don’t trust their fighting game division, despite the fact that the rest of Capcom has stepped its game up and brought several hits back to back to back
