How do you color the sides of the TE like that? I want mine to be green but I have no idea where to get it done.

So im working on a template for my SE edition Madcats fightstick, The theme is Spawn(comic Book character)This is as far Iā€™ve gotten i want to have an image in the middle(will get clear buttons so going over buttons doesnā€™t matter).Also I wanted to know if anyone could help me make a background or make a background for me. Thank you in advance.
