I just need some help on one of my layers, specifically layer 6 of the psd.
My template is based on the neogeo mvs control panel and I just canāt seem to get the black part under the buttons to look decent. I either canāt get it to transition smoothly if I paste it twice and use the transform tool. Or if i try to use the elliptical tool it ends up looking like a trouser snake.

Iām wondering if someone can do a Rufus SF4 Madcatz Tournament Edition artwork composition for me.
What Iām looking for is Rufusās outfit to be the new artwork. I just want his outfit (Torso view only with his chest showing but not head - in original Yellow colour (default outfit & colour)) to be the new artwork.
If anyone knows what I mean and wants to do this Iād really appreciate it.

guys i found a great template that i wanted to use on my Hrap 3 problem was it was a template for a Street fighter TE

well i got my first stick and its the Street fighter 4 madcatz stick. the art work is nice but i was looking for something else.

yeah just turn off the stick, dustcover, turbo, outside area Start and select, bleed area and youāre good to go for printing., you should get like a full picture without the outlines.
