If jay or anyone wants to help out id like to start up a permanent live streaming SF4 channel for starbase. The streaming we got going on now is great i wouldnt change a thing but id like to have it running durring the entire time were open. I figured since jay likes announcing and participating so much ill give him some work like helping me decide how i want to set up the starbase live stream channel. Properly make a good starbase facebook and maybe go on that evil sight twitter. if anyone knows where i can find a composite to dvi or hdmi converter that doesnt make input lag let me know.

why would you want a stream to be running the whole time you are open?? just curious. to me it seems that streams are good for events and anything else would be overkill. let me know what you think.

Streaming 24-7 from Starbase, the title menu and the indestructible song. That’s what you’d be streaming most of the time. Events are good enough for streams.

Also not to be a jerk, but you are lucky to have people in our community Art like the ones in the Sonoma and Marin Crews. They have been doing a LOT to promote Starbase Arcade and they don’t even work there. Gotta put in the leg work.
It started with the Marin guys pushing for the Sanwa Parts and Asus monitor, which brought us in more personally. In turn having a solid setup made it easier to bring in other heads as well. On top of that the crew promotes the shit out of Starbase wherever they go (even some of NorCal’s best know about our small little area/arcade), Harrison setting up a Twitter, getting the stream together with Jorge.
I don’t I’ve ever said it, but thanks to all my friends in this lovely NEW crew of Marin and Sonoma peeps. You guys are awesome.

Yo! As much as I want to go to the Donut Dojo tonight, it seems that me and jay are the only ones down (or available to go) right now. It would be kind of crazy to take my van out there unless we have like 5 people, and tomorrow I have to drive a lot before and during work. So if anyone else is trying to drive then post up and you will get gas money!

Now we got a ton of people interested from all over, and Jorge/Harrison with the initiative to stream and what not. Really incredible. Thanks to all you guys for coming out and supporting the scene and Starbase!
