Stopped by yesterday afternoon with my girlfriend to get some games of SFIV in.
Buttons, Monitor and such were fine. I would switch out the sticks if possible though. They are a little too stiff and make back dashing a little sluggish (among other things)
Well, we had TE sticks at free play night. Were those yours, Los, or yours Jos? Both? Well whoever it was, thanks for bringing them.
Could be both. I know Jose and Los both have TE sticks.

Yeah, I agree that the sticks are not ideal. TE’s are the way to go. One was mine the other was Hooman’s. Jose brought a backup.

What’s your schedule like Friday evenings? We’ve been hitting up SF state and SVGL for the last few weeks. It’s been fun and we’re leveling up. This Fri I have to make it an early night so just SFS but if you’re ever free on Fridays just holler.

Also, to Bob, I don’t know if you read this thread, but, admittedly, you should probably take our stick suggestions with a grain of salt. If you’re making enough money off of your set up, there’s really no reason to change. That said, you might be able to solve the tricky diagonal inputs of the p360s by making a custom actuator that’s slightly larger than the one that you have on the sticks already. I’m not totally sure, but I think you just want to make it so that the stick trips the optical switches more easily.

Yeah, those sticks are not the best for us hardcore players but the casuals love them. And we can always use our sticks so it’s the best of both worlds.

Yo, Los, what do you think about in terms of Boxer defense? Especially against jump ins and other meaty attacks? Build meter before hand, use EX Dash Punches? I don’t really know what to do since his regular headbutt is lousy compared to HDR Headbutt.
