I’m in the U.S. east coast and still can’t buy it. Maybe it was available earlier or something, but I hopped on the game at like 2 in the morning over here and it’s just not on the list in the shop and grayed out in the stage select screen with no option to buy if you try to pick it.
My Basic Gameplan to Lose weight based on my own understanding of my body:
Deadlift
Pullup
Bench press
Mon Wed Fri
40m sprints btw 2 cones 4x for 3 sets
Try and time yourself so are 20seconds 7nder load. Say it takes, 5 seconds to do 1 leg, then you need 4 legs in 1 set
Tues Thur
Meals:
No Bread, No white flour, no corn oil, no alcohol, minimum fruit, no candy, no gatorade, no energy drinks, no pop, no milk, no potato
Do eat: fish, beans, lentils, veges
Drink: drown yourself with water
Sat: cheat day!! Eat with abundance.
Went from 200 to 185 in 2 weeks following this. Was at 26% body fat. Its hard. Maybe it work for you. Pick it up dancing: salsa, hiphop, swing, etc. Instead of going to the bar.
Also check out Goku fitness, on youtube. See if you cab get some knowledge on fitness that will work for your genetics.

Surgery. That shit works.
So I finished Attack on Titan and was like WTF at the end til I realised there’s a second season. It’s quite good, nice recommendation whoever that was.
Although this a good plan, it’s kind of counter intuitive because it’s all unbalanced. If you can do sprints the day after dead lifting ( and then dead lifts the day after again), you’re not doing it right and you’ll probably injure yourself. You also have no rest day’s, so your muscle benefits are being off set for weight loss, you actually want to build muscle to burn fat. This plan would see more gains and probably better weight loss if you actually dropped a weights session and put rests in between.
I mean if your goal is just to lose weight, you might as well just do more of the sprints with maybe only 1 or 2 lifting days. Although you’re only doing 40meter sprints which isn’t really that much I guess. Unless your body responds well to just getting it’s ass kicked for 5 days straight, which it might. If you lost 15 pounds in two weeks, there’s no chance you put an ounce of muscle on ( which again probably wasn’t your goal).

Oh shit, so finally some actual gameplay, you can tell the budget is half of what Marvel 3 had. That announcer is also boring af, I guess the game is going in the same boring direction as SFV. (which I already knew, but didn’t think it would be to the same extent) ** So you can say I told you so**, cause I know some of you are thinking that. At least it still has the " it’s still in beta " excuse for now, so well see how it looks come September.
I don’t want to have to say UMvC3 > Infinite, especially don’t wanna say TvC > Infinite later on.
The only thing keeping my interesting in SFV is how much potential the roster has by season 4, I like almost nothing else about the game, and don’t want to be excited only for Marvel Infinite DLC characters…
