Does anyone know if PP can be blocked or is it gonna be elf style jump to avoid?
In the clear video where he missed Guile, it probably got steered too far ahead so it’s probably avoidable if the other guy isn’t in the middle of something.
also he recovers almost instantly and jumps right back in on guile.
This is alarming. They are supposed to be increasing offensive in this game…

What I meant from my post is that I won’t need a back charge to punish fireball zoning, which is nifty.
In the Akuma vs. Adon match where we see Akuma’s second ultra for the first time, Adon crumples Akuma with a lvl 2 FA without it being a counter hit.

So aside from the new Ultra, is there anything else report? Like, does Psycho Crusher still suck balls?
They haven’t added or changed anything about him yet other than the second ultra.
erm makes people turn psycho? 
FA 1 crumples on counterhit, FA2 crumples on unblocked
and the easier to do Clk clk clk into SK combo.
I also read on event hubs that the Focus attack for all characters has been speed up.
Yeah I think he just needs an extra 1f or 2f at most for his c.LK links and he’s pretty good in the footsie department.

Yea I also heard they added a frame to link from his short kick.
the cLK combo being quicker isn’t a guarantee until I read it or see it properly. Watching top level players pull it off isn’t enough ofa guarantee for me
And dunno if FA’s were faster, but it’s been stated they WILL be, so I am thrilled.
I think I’ll still be using Nightmare Booster after seeing Psycho Punisher, although it looks tremendously bad ass it doesnt appear to me now that it is a combo-able move and more like a stun gun headbutt type move that Alex had in 3S. Of course if I’m wrong and you can in fact combo it I would greatly consider it. I feel Bison’s Nightmare Booster is one of the better ultras in the game, certainly the best of the non tiered ones anyway.
Of all the things I’ve ever had a chance to complain about, Bison’s Ultra has never crossed my mind.

Can you please give us some reasons why you fell NB is one of the better ultras?
Psycho Punisher will be used against zoners. ie Sagat, Ryu, Akuma, Chun Li (sadly not Guile, there’s no way it’s that fast)
I’m surprised you like Nightmare Booster. Nowadays, I pretend I don’t have an ultra unless the other guy does something really stupid.
