Air hcf+S did something like 6 hits in SS5, and I THINK SS4, for some reason. Just to justify damage, I guess.
Amakusa is especially good at doing this because if you hit with a super near either corner of the screen, you can immediately teleport to the other side before the opponent can even get up.
I wasn’t sure about your other questions, but I can explain the Enja move for you. That particular move requires you to hit your opponent EXACTLY in the middle of their torso in the air (VERY difficult). If you get it, it does ridiculous damage upwards of 40-50% but if you don’t hit right in the center, he simply falls to the ground and you get the “failed” animation (free combo/super for opponent). So, while very scary there has been nobody able to do this consistently enough for it to be worth it. If you can do it 100%, you should definitely use Enja.

OK you’ll see him use the super a lot, pretty much every other time it changes. Sometimes it only does 1 hit, somtimes it does all 8. Doesn’t seem to be dependant on hit or block. He nails the 236A 236B 236C in this too.

Now I haven’t played Tenka so I don’t want anyone to think I know what I’m talking about. But, isn’t Enja’s super cancellable? Could he just be cancelling on the first hit of it sometimes?

Whats the info with the character Iroha, especially her ending?
I tried to beat it with her but I always loose to that Cheap-ass final boss from SS2, everytime I tried to get near her (SS2 boss ) she grabs me and she jumps out of the super grab or nails me when Im open.
I hate travelling all the way to the arcade since its not close to where I live.
No idea honestly but Mizuki is a joke, just jump up and down and hit the fierce button ©. I don’t play Iroha at all but I know this much is brain dead with most
of the cast. If you can’t beat her with Iroha switch characters and beat her (Tam Tam is a shoe in) then lose and switch back.
I still tried that with Iroha and she still beat’s me ( fucking Mizuki grab move ), the arcade is set on the hardest difficulty there.
I just wanted to know her ending since she has strange storyline conversation with characters and something about a crane?
Strange…I hear Ankikou is the Final Boss in Tenka…whats this now…Mizuki is the Final Boss???
Iroha has a bunch of shit…PM me/go to the other thread that Saotome posted and I have like a MINI-FORUM devoted to SS Tenka practically…
Eh a Gaoh clone type is the final boss, you generally have to fight mizuki before him though. I played the game on all settings it’s basically a push over, but then again although you change my damages doesn’t mean I don’t know samsho like the palm of my hand.
Can’t really judge the game through me.
Some other things that piss me off about the game:
Buffering attacks after roll is I dunno, almost pointless?
Genan hops instead of runs, fucking ass.
Tam Tam hops instead of runs, double ass.
Yoshitora is pretty ass, most shit of his isn’t remotely safe anymore,
so he has no real mixup.
Wan Fu has nerfed ranges, his jumping game is basically ass, the new
options he recieved are all but useless. (Granted I do like being able to throw
the fu explosion from any point in normal jump)
Mina vs Kuse was hard before…now…it’s fucking impossible. This was a epic battle in V and VS if you had a GOOD Kuse player. Iroha walks all over Kuse as well. When the best Gedo player I have ever seen quits Kuse all hope I had was lost.
Amakusa: Dumb downed tactics ftwin then again Samsho has always had ambiguous crossups so I forgive.
I’m going to stop but there’s so much more, I guess I’m pissed cause I WANT to like this game.

So Ankikou is the boss then…thats the guys name…hes the Evil Spirit God that Possesses Gaoh in SSV And SP…which begs the question…they had to change his looks up a little bit because if you have Gaoh and morph into Ankikou-(His Super) but you are fighting Ankikou…get where I’m going with this???
That is unless it is like a Twelve X-COPY thing in 3s vs. Gill…
Also is it like VSP where you gotta earn the right to fight all the bosses before the Final Boss??? Or is Mizuki just the ONLY Mid-Boss or preboss…

When I went to Mizuki with Iroha, it said Duel, so I guess there is another boss after her, I don’t know I couldn’t beat Mizuki due to her goddamn auto throws on close attacks.

Because the arcade I go to, the text in SSTenka is in English and it says on the title Samurai Showdown 6 ( possibly the asian version )
And something about Iroha being in love her master and other characters she faces saying in the text that she is Evil.
I’ll try to go down there and beat it with other characters to check what happens.
I dont know where the official SST story is…I got some story stuff in my General Strats section of that link I gave but there is not too much known.
With every character early speculation is that this game is a dream match…but I dont wanna believe that since it is in the storyline a prequel…
I have no idea about storylines, anyway I will say that the boss of Tenka is much cooler looking than Gaohs form in VSP. It’s more like a tweaked Akuma-ish Gaoh. No big stupid armor and shoulder rams. He’s actually not overly powerful either. (Granted his fireball is a bit much) I’d play him if he was a normal character cause
I think his stance etc is cool.

the buds off of SC3 to play some Tenka but Tenka left a bad
