Ok guys, same as we did with NGBC. I know some of you guys have more…I stole these from Fighter’s Generation, but I saw someone trying to use an Ochamaru sprite as an avatar, so I know Fighter’s Generation had other ones up earlier.

Lol, whoever made Andrew’s sprite animated it, but forgot to put it to loop so it animates once and then stops. I’ll fix it later if I get a chance.

EDIT2: Added Sprites from Sam Sho V/VSP. A reminder, while the sprites should be the same as they appear in Tenka, the pallettes are not. For example, in Tenka, Hanzzo is slightly greenish.

We seem to be missing/not have the best sprites of:

SS1: Haohmaru, Jubei
SS2: Mizuki (not actual stance), Naokururu (bird in the way), Wan-Fu (bad pallette), Jubei (bad pallette)
SS2-Tenka: Kuroko (not actual stance)
SSTenka: Caffiene Nicotine, Cham-Cham, Earthquake, Gen-An, Wan-Fu

Akzidenz: Take it slow. This game is about give-and-take, timing. You’ve got to play everything perfectly and wait for your opponent to make mistakes. One mistake can cost you a LOT.

Zazz: Yeah, I was kinda disappointed with her in-game sprite too, but in her super she gets naked and bounces a LOT*, so it all evens out.

Also, I fixed Andrew for you guys.

  • = Of course, this is all done in silhouette behind a japanese folding curtain (think Baiken’s IK,) but the bounce is still significant. Even better, she bounces differently depending on whether she’s armed or not when she pulls off the super.

If you go to the characters’ pages, there are SS: Tenka sprites added to the old animated ones. I know the characters’ pages aren’t all built, but Haohmaru, Kyoshiro, etc all have Tenka sprites on them.

Check it.

Those are just SS3/SS4/SS5 sprites, Akzidenz. they’re been using the same sprites since SS3 for the older characters. The ones who have new sprites (or at least newly modified) in Tenka are Iroha, Sogoroku, Ochamaru, Andrew, Gaira, Gen-An, Wan-Fu, Seiger, Nicotine (thought it might just be a straight swap of his ss2 sprite), Cham Cham, and Earthquake.

Ahhh, okay. Sorry about that. Still, it wouldn’t hurt to have all the characters on this page… a nice little resource for future Tenka av-makers.

Characters have more than 1 pallette in tenka, but yes, I think one of them is blue/white.
