Apparently getting “dragged” to see Captain America: The Winter Soldier today. So we’ll see how that goes. I’ll have to vainly hope that there aren’t any (read: too many) dumbasses in the theater given it’s only been a week since it came out.
Oh well. I know if I went to Oculus this weekend like I kind of wanted to, it would only be (way) worse on that front. The person I’m going with doesn’t really like horror movies anyway (though he’s gotten them somewhat confused with shitty slashers; not his fault).

I think I’m automatically not that “geeky” just because I don’t really give a damn about Star Trek or Star Wars all that much despite generally like sci-fi. I’ve only really seen enough Star Trek to know who every guest on Warehouse 13 is.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a good test for anything online and I generally doubt there would be a good way to measure stereotypical capacity even if you were willing to get offensively direct with some of the questions. A lot of those questions on both tests are indeed poorly formatted though.
