alot of the GG characters are effectively immortal. and given that magical science’s main powers is the ability to extend life, Ky will still be rather good looking for a 40 year old.

Pretty much every iteration of GGXX ever getting a native release has looked pretty unlikely too… but some of them still did.

This game looks awesome, the backgrounds, the character design…everything! Ill play it. Hope there`s an martial artist there!!! or a Testament-ish guy/girl (a girl would be awesome)
But why do we even NEED to see any GG characters, really?
Just because it takes place in the same world, doesn’t necessarily imply that the same bunch of characters have to be involved in all of its events. Even kids’ shows like Yu-Gi-Oh GX are able to grasp that much. 
I mean, sure, alluding to, in-jokes and all that kind of stuff is ok. But if we start bringing characters back, we might as well just call this “GGX3”, and that is seemingly NOT the point of this game.

As far as returning characters go, I would like to see another “transformation” for Dr. Baldhead aka Faust. He messes with his body to manipulate his height and weight and shit, so with the originality that is possible, a re designed Faust 10 years later, could be a dope design.
I would ASSUME there are still gears being made, so expect new gears at least…and possibly a returning one like Dizzy…and Sol still needs to hunt them, so he might be in it. But besides that and Slayer of course, I expect a new cast.
Looks nice. Even though everyone else has already said the following, it’s good to see 2D going strong. I hope there is a non-lame character (legitimately badass, not fag fanboy “badass”) for me to use, like the ol’ pipe-toting vamp of GG. Crap though, just when I was finally figuring out GG they decide to drop it. 
But damn @ PS3. The way the games get divided among the consoles is always so perfect in a bad way.

It’s basically GG without an attack button, and E is new the Dust. Since BB is the sequel of GG, I doubt AC will be in SBO for long, if BB is good and GG players all shift to BB.
But why do we even NEED to see any SF2 characters in SF3, really?

That game was designed with the CONTEXT of specifically being a sequel to Street Fighter, just as much as Mark of the Wolves was to Fatal Fury. Whether you liked the new characters or not, it was meant to be a sequel from the ground up.
That’s not necessarily the case here with BlazBlue. It’s seemingly more like a “Buriki 1” to the “Southtown Saga (AoF/FF)” kind of thing here. Same world, but not necessarily involving every established character from it.

just like sf3 prolly the character might not be there, but the style will be represented. As long as theres a Venom-like character, ill be happy. Oh lord, i just thought of something horrible…eddie coming back as the last boss. Crazy un-relenting pressure returns lol. Cant wait to see the vids.
