Iām going to go out on a limb here and say that their release schedule is determined by their development schedule which is already pretty well set in stone. They donāt have completed characters all sitting around in a bin, pulling one out every two months then sitting on their hands until itās time to release the next one. Sit down, eat your Wheaties, and hope that we get our spider princess sooner rather than later.
I wager she is released around the story mode is released in june.

That or maybe they finish a couple of characters at a time (itās a big team, you know) and all thatās left is deciding the release order. I rather nudge them in our favor, if possible.

I would imagine the release schedule is the order of the characters on the announcement itself. Juri is second to last.
But Balrog is most likely first. And in the list shown, Alex was first.
Balrog was the first from the left and Alex from the right.
This doesnāt has to mean that they will follow this order. They might now release Balrog and then go straight to Urien in the Middle.
There is a chance that Juri could be NR.2, but we have to wait and see.
