I think Juri is working for some sort of agency now, in an effort to get her closer to taking down Bison.
At the 0:39 mark, it’s snowing when we see Juri for a moment. Juri also isn’t wearing her trademark grin. She looks rather somber, actually. Could tie into the part of Guile’s story when he and Abel encounter Juri inside the base.
Well, after watching the rest of the trailer, We see a rather scary picture of Bison and Chun Li. Now, the one thing Juri hates more than Cammy would probably be Bison…perhaps a temporary alliance to take Bison down?

Yup…I’m 99% sure Juri has 1000 health now. that means she gets the 1.35 VT gain.
Her and Urien may just have placeholder health. There is no way they give her a 1000 unfortunately.
i have mixed feelinngs if that is her overhead.
back in the day, i use to hate her overhead and wanted it changed, but in the last months that i played Ultra i found some use for it so i wanted it to stay exactly the same in V.
But i can work with that i quess. Assuming thats her overhead.
and she still keeps her Tae Kwon do stance.
i wonder if the made her full fledged Tae Kwon Do in style by removing all of her punch/hand moves replacing them with just feet attacks.
like the way boxer only has punch moves.
