The turtle neck is awful tho, and if that’s not self censorship I don’t know what is. All the dismissive comments like oh go watch porn, entirely miss the point, where does the line get drawn? But one other thing I’d like to add, instead of adding a black suit underneath, it’s gotta be asked… why not just uh… zip her outfit up? Problem solved.

Comfort, get a little breeze going perhaps. Protection when she’s riding too maybe. I’d ask her myself but well…kinda hard to do that.

As for zipping it up? Wants to show her headlights a bit. A small tease. That and maybe she got more modest a little. I see no problem.

The worst thing about this is that people who’re against the change and the censorship involved are just being called sad perverts. That’s like calling someone racist if he doesn’t want foreigners to vote in his native country. It’s a personal insult under the disguise of approving censorship. Just for the record: people also complain about censorship if it doesn’t affect sexual themes. Just take a look at some German sites about movies and videogames and what kinds of Nazi-related or violent content is getting altered for films/games released over there and how people respond to it. Spoiler alert: not well.

But no matter on which side of the fence you stand, nobody can argue that this change ruined Juri’s reveal, at least partially. Fans are split in two groups fighting each other and instead of looking forward to actually playing her tomorrow we’re still talking about an (unnecessary) change to her appearance. And rightfully so because Capcom’s direction with this game is headless at best.

If you want to convince someone to change their mind, the last thing you do is insult them for holding their current opinion.

Sadly not everyone wants to have a conversation where the exchange of ideas can lead to a change in opinion, and are much more focused on “winning” an argument.

Uhm, I suppose you’re agreeing with me then.

I personally see censorship as something bad (and feel like everyone should because it’s a forced change of an artist’s vision) and I think it’s preposterous being called a ‘sad, pitiful pervert’ for expressing that opinion. I don’t want to start insulting other people myself but whoever throws out words like that if they face someone with a different opinion regarding this issue they might need to hold their breath for a moment and re-evaluate what they’re actually doing there. People on this planet have fought on multiple occasions against all forms of censorship and while I certainly don’t want to compare a hidden cleavage to country-wide book and film censoring, it still remains the same issue.

so from around the 1:13 mark in the trailer we see Juri giving a ride to cammy and what looks like an incapacitated doll. Cammy doesnt seem to be hurt in any way or tied up which leads me to believe she’s helping cammy somehow. What’s the speculation on this? Is Juri becoming a force for good or is Cammy falling back into her old habits? Of course it could be just a opportunist time for them to help each other but knowing Juri she’d rather just kick cammy in the face rather than help her in any capacity.
