Despite all the drama that’s been circling PZ, bygones should be bygones. Let’s just hold hands together and sing kum-bai-yah over a campfire with toasted marshmellows.
PZ is still putting their efforts in keeping a community of gamers, anime, and car enthusiasts. I don’t understand why the gamer community is so unforgiving.
Yeah it won’t be Marvel until they release like 20 DLC characters before the tournament itself. Who knows, something even more stupid might be coming out as DLC.
lol, there are only 2 dlc characters announced and there’s a chance that it’ll probably to go 6 counting the leftover spaces on the select screen. Even then if they’re catering to the Evo crowd they’ll have to do all the characters by June 1st, I think that’s the cutoff date for DLC for Evo.
Very well then, I guess I’m switching to Viper since she’s basically the same character in both Super & AE. I’ll see what I can do with the roster in MvC3 and I’ll be playing Tekken with the guys at the dojo on Fridays when I fix my stick.

They are pointless. Why use the blogs if you have your regional forums and Facebook to use as a blog instead? Besides I think chopping off that section of the site made it so that I can actually view it properly now in widescreen mode.
I plan on bringing a 24 inch HDMI (no RCA connector) LCD monitor for our next meet-up at Smiley’s, but I do not own an Xbox 360. If anyone is willing to bring their 360 w/ HDMI I’ll be sure to bring the monitor this Wednesday.
What else are they supposed to do? Or better question is what did you expect them to do? There is no date for AE DLC.
Personally I was hoping they would just switch it over to AE regardless of the June 1st deadline. The newest version of the game generally is the one that gets played the most when tournaments come to mind. As for DLC content, that’s just me bitching about having to relearn things every two weeks when they plop in a new gimmick/character.
Edit - The clencher here is that inside sources say that the AE DLC content will be released between May & June. Any further past June and the DLC is a no go. It’s a very difficult situation as the community is split again as to what exactly to practice and how so.

Wed Fight Night Wrap Up: I would just like to say these weeklys are starting to increase like crazy. We had 30-35 in attendance and mvc3 is not even out yet. Shoutouts to all of the new people I met. You all are cooler than some fans 
I will be buying some tvs now that we are adding more retro games and getting ready for mvc3. I will make sure we have guaranteed setups for guilty gear and tekken. It was good seeing some of the pz crowd come out and enjoy themselves at the venue. Nice seeing kensou and good talking with you. Time to train up in mvc3 to make houston as a whole better. Rivalry/Grudges is good to keep this competitive like a sport but im seeing a BIG picture for houston once the crack 3 comes out. I have a ton of promo ideas once this hits and we all are going to be in for a huge treat. I cant tell you everything but just know I have a lot of support backing me in this hint: GAMESTOP. I want everyone to be ready for Feb 16 cause the pot bonus will be added to 1st place only. I feel like these meets are returning to how they use to be at midnight and im happy =]. Starting next week, I will be opening the left side of the venue to add tekken/ah3/guilty gear and other games people bring so if anybody has any setups, pm me or jan and let us know. I can only do the 3$ for a setup (if needed) so make arrangements with me or jan. Glad to see the weekly turnout is finally back to were we left off at at midnight. Cant wait to see who will be houstons best mvc3 player? I will be starting a guaranteed setup list soon to keep things organized so stay tuned!

Dennys Afterhours: I told you all, im recruiting like the army. We had 17 people join us in tasting the new 2$ menu which by the way was off the charts. People was trying to cancel there order once they tasted the new 2$ cheeseburger flatbread. DAYUMMM that thing was greattttttttt like tony the tiger would say. The food was off the chain and the game talks was cool. Cant wait till next week babyee babyeee!
