Thursday Night Expose Series @ Dave and Busters: As they say in 3rd strike, LETS GET IT ON NOW! Its time to crown a new champion in sf x tk plus celebrate houstons victory’s at final round. This will be a blockbuster night and killers will be on deck so come out to watch/compete and see who will get Houston Power Ranking points at www.tysseries.com/hpr . We will start at 7:00pm sharp so get there early to get your casuals in before you begin kombat. Playa’s dont forget to bring ps3 and xbox setups/sticks/pads. Last week Carnevil was crowned the new champion in Umvc3 so lets see who will keep there rank or will someone become a new champion? We will find out this Thursday so come get Exposed!

Dave and Busters Announcement: Due to new games coming out i went ahead and spoke to management and asked them to give us 1 extra hour of gaming. They agreed so the new hours for dave and busters will be 6:00pm-12Midnight! I will be starting the tournaments around 7:30-8:00pm sharp so i advise all you playa’s to get there as early as possible with your setups/sticks/pads for warmups. Dayum last week was crazy hype. Ill bring back the wrap ups if we keep having nights like those. Almost everyone in the venue was on there feet looking at grand finals for mvc3 even couples lol. All those new people walking up and like whats that game your playing, it looks nice. Mayne D&B is getting pretty serious. With Austin driving down here, boys in my facebook group talking about bringing full setups on metro bus, has a brother wondering whats next. All i know is I LOVE ME SOME D&B YEM!!!

Deangelo at D&B you will never be able to remove gems because of the way that the tourney is run right now. Since you are dependant upon ppl bringing consoles and their own setups they would have to already have pre-removed gems from every char which in itself is around a 10-20 min process. Then if they decide to play at home then re add all the gems.
That is true but we all agreed last thursday that we will not be playing with gems anymore. Rampage told everyone that is bringing there setup from here on out to have all the gems disabled and everyone agreed. When i do my text message blast ill be sure to inform everyone as a reminder to bring there setups with gems disabled. Once there are solid rules for the gems then we will move forward with the new rules. Until then, smash ball/items aka gems are BANNED!!!

Have you tried this yourself? I just tried it for the first time last weekend and it literally takes like 2 minutes, it sounds hard but it’s really easy to take out gems from one slot on each character.
I’m getting the game tomorrow and am removing the gems ASAP and never adding them back unless asked for a tournament.

TYS Bar Fights 7: Its going down April 14, 2012. From here on out all bar fights will have the new times instead of 3-12mid it will be 2-11pm. Smileys has signed some new contracts with some promoters that booked the venue from 11-close so everything must be done and all setups must be packed up/gone by 11pm sharp. Im ready to see some HYPE so lets bring back the money matches :]. Boys been real quite as of late. Im willing to setup a 50 cent Tip/G-Unit money match if I have to DAMMIT. Lets GO!!!
