Are they doing teams again tomorrow? I really hope not. ;/ I’ll finally be able to do one of these,but I don’t want to be on a 2v2 or 3v3 team. I’m not good at the game and I don’t want to have the pressure of relying on other people for us to win/advance.

Delaney here is a synopsis of last week when I went to the weeklies.
Got there at 6:30, Brian and Issac from Monsters were there.
Was told there might not be weeklies depending on whether Kensou would show up to run it.
Brian and Issac left at 7 upon the news of that.
Huge crowd showed up at 8, along with Kensou. It was announced to be 2v2. I choose Vineet as my teammate to slaughter everyone.
Tournament starts at 9. Lots of waiting with 13 teams in total. Random uppercuts left and right for the win.
I run to B&B at 10:30 to see barely anyone there, ran back to get back to the tournament.
Vineet and I ended up getting 4th place at 12:30 at night. Spent $20 in points just for that one ranbat and I was sad I didn’t even get a drink or a slice or pizza from B&B that night :sad:
Edit - To add onto that, I was pretty irritated when Kevin went under the cabinet’s wiring to give Adeel a credit on a fuck up on someone else’s end while Vineet had to donate a swipe to get the tournament running when the other team fucked up on their selection.
If it’s a 2v2 tournament at pz tomorrow I might go and pick some random as my teammate and fuck up adeels points for the season.

Yes Air brush King i will play MvsC3 get ready Houston! i said i hope bc i believed MvsC is an acquired taste an I never ventured off in the chaotic dizzying speed of MvsC2 so i will give a shot with MvsC3 whn i saw Akuma in the roster and saw how he played I think I was sold on it and the MM w Neo an Clockwork inspired me so i guess me saying i hope is guarding against the fact i could very well turn away from my interest in the game i didn’t follow the crowds like “oh there is a new game out can’t ignore i want in on it” thats not me i guess time will tell if i become great with Akuma/Dante and Phoenix or someone else in due time

Thats good to hear man. Marvel is an acquired taste but doesnt mean your taste buds cant like the taste. If I find some tricks and secrets about akuma in 3 I will be sure to pass them on to you. I will tell you this, i re watched the vids of him and they took out that when he gets hit, it takes superrrr damage which is good. Now he can actually be added to a team without having to be like if this character gets hit 2wice hes done! As long as you believe in yourself and ignore them haters you will have greatness, trust me I know. Are you coming out to smileys 2nite? I can probably show you some tricks in mvc2 with akuma that are very helpful in mvc3. Since you starting from scratch you can at least try to build a foundation before feb 15.

My point exactly. BOYS SCARED! I will tell you though, thanks for all the money you made me, 450$ and counting. You donated to the team gis foundation 1 to many times. Remind me when you come to houston again to get you a 1$ store card that says “thanks jewelman for your donation and sponsorship to the abk and gis foundation” And your right, this is a waste of time replying to you cause you are not talking about nothing so I will hit the ignore button. You got to understand when boys start losing they money and pride, they get very very upset which is fine but I could care less. If somebody mm then they must feel confident there going to win.
