We are actually working on getting some extra POT BONUS’ for games but no promises yet. They are FAR FROM 100% certain at this point…but know that we are working on it! :]
And in a few weeks we will have a ‘test party’ to make sure all the equipment and games can run smoothly. Of course, everyone is invited and we can all game to our hearts content. During this time I feel it would be best to take everyones votes for DC or PS3 and for everyone to express their opinion and we can take it into consideration. Of course, PS3 seems most plausible since there are simply more sticks and it is the EVO standard. We will see though…again, no promises for DC. As of now it stands on PS3. :]

Sorry but there will not be any BYOC set ups at this event. We have everything arranged in a specific manner to accommodate everyone and all the games. But you never know…bring the console and leave it in your car, you just might get a chance ;x
Hamm and I were on the fence about 2v2 or 3v3 for Teams. We eventually decided 2v2 was best to get more teams involved. We will be hosting monthlies following this tournament so perhaps we can work it in there or in the near future. For now this event will stand as 2v2.
Okay, I’m confused. Last time I checked the lan center had only a handful of playstations, but the only platform that’s being discussed is the ps3. Can someone please put down what system each game is going to be played on?
The lan center originally had only FOUR ps3s but they recently got rid of them. We will be taking in enough ps3s to run marvel and tekken.

Is this the same place where you had headsets to each station? If so, only problem were the spectators not willing to move out the way for the players. Hope this is the right place
Awesome, thanks for the info. I really didn’t want to scramble to find a T.E. for Ps3. Much of the pressure is off since SSF4 takes priority of MvC2 for me.
Yes it is. This time around we have a larger tournament staff and the stations will all be numbered. As far as crowd control we will do our best to make sure the players know where they need to be and that the spectators make room. Also, Smash is out of this picture so we can presume it will be significantly more spacious. :]
