It hasn’t been worth keeping up with save maybe the Rush series (never played it but heard good things) and the Bioware RPG (which is meh at best)
Are you watching the Pokecapn one? That’s the most infamous play through of 06 that I’ve been hearing of so far.
I have to disagree with this.
Watching is a lot easier to do than playing that shitty game. And it sucks you had to cancel your preorder, it should be next on your gaming list IMO.

if i look into my little piggy bank i MIGHT have enough to buy it now. but i think ima wait a bit to get it. 3-6 hours of playablity is kinda of a downside but then again its sonic and its all about completing the lvl as fast as you can and exploring ways to beat it faster.
The game is short, sure. But there is so much to do in the game. All the challenges, all the different routes you can take in the levels, trying to beat your own times. The time adds up. Shadow Ace is just being lame.

Metal Sonic is the first rival boss.
Personally, I think this is the best 3D Sonic game ever made so I’d sit it right beneath the classics and above games like Sonic Adventure 2 (would probably sit it over Colors if I ever get to play it). Download the demo.

The American version doesn’t have Japanese letters for “Boost.” Dunno about the UK version (since he got it on the day of the UK release.) It seems he’s playing the Japanese version. More power to him for getting it early.

I started out at #11 on day 1. Before I was 10, I got pushed to 35. I’m not going to let that record just sit. I should be able to make top 6 at least.
For those of you on the fence about getting this game, I just wanted to add that it’s only 49.99 instead of the usual 60 for a new game. Or at least it is in my parts, but the guy at GS said there was a company wide price drop on it.
Beware, zones like Rooftop Run might make you want to buy a 3D enabled tv, like me.

I played the demo for Generations last night and I’ve gotta say I’m really impressed. Modern Sonic was really fun. Classic feels sorta weird at first but other than that I really liked the demo. Never really played the 3D Sonics other then Sonic 3D Blast ;), a little bit of Adventure, and one rental of Heroes. Metal Gear HD Collection is just around the corner so I’ll be buying that first. After that though SG is an instant purchase.
I never said the game was bad…lol…
hopefully some new DLC is being made down the road…

Also Shadow was the easiest boss yet lol.
Gonna beat Perfect Chaos tomorrow, he seems easy, but some of the hidden err ‘death traps’ in his battle are hard to spot.
