No probs. Glad to see Ibuki doing well in Japan. The only country she would do well in for now until we step our shit up. She’s got quite a learning curve but I think it rewards you with a character that has an option for almost any situation and being able to end rounds quickly off good reads.
Really liked Aqua’s use of focus dash forward to get in on Chun footsies like s.MP and his use of j.HK on wake up as a fake j.LK cross up. I think he was using some kind of option select on people’s wake up where they would get hit by c.MP if they tried to backdash. Not sure though.

First off that Ryu player was trash. Just need to put that out there.
Though yeah those close s.HK command dash mix ups were pretty sick. Kinda like a bit of an overhaul on what Sako was doing earlier on. Some of that stuff he wouldn’t be able to get away with on a better player like the max range c.LK to raida shit but overall very aggressive and tricky like Ibuki needs to be.

That was a really good video. I def haven’t practiced enough character specific stuff LOL. But you sure helped me with Cammy on that one.
How do you close s.HK into command dash?
That’s pretty sick. My execution of BnB’s are alright but I’m really lacking in mixups. I need to practice them more, my main weakness as a player is that I’m predictable and non aggressive.

yea im about that same i know i got her bnb down and can even do the two frame link from her target combo most of the time. i know little mix up here and there.
like ibuki frame trap with lk tsumuji sometimes maybe once a match i like to throw in a hien, since they tend to crouch down if they block it. course mind you this is against people who play online so i dont think it would work against a lot of good players.
now her dash mixup yea i am a little chicken to try thaha.
but im starting to play more local now so i think that will help me improve a lot. i know we got a crazy balrog playing in oklahoma

After the first hit of cs.hk, input :d::df::r::uf: + :lk:/:mk:/:hk: and time it so that after you hear the second hit press a kick button. Well that’s how I do it.
that helped me alot but sjc mixups are the last thing i need to learn with ibuki can u try and explain the timings for s.FP and tc.6 ?

Spman isn’t trash…we were all pretty wasted. Those mixups work on Socal’s best…so I can assure you its not becuase of that. Ibuki’s mixup game is way deeper than kunai crossups. Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. Anyways thanks for the love/hate
