Sako doing some combos on the fighting edge
It’s a neat video that shows off how Sako performs his combo, but other than that, it’s just a gigantic piece of advertisement for an over-priced piece of hardware.
It’s neat being able to manually configure the select/back button, but you can also do it for free on most of your average, run-of-the-mill arcade sticks.
Interesting use of a macro’d button to perform the U2 at the end of his Ibuki combo. I imagine that’s so that he can blink it to help with consistency?
Neat to see that Sako blinks instead of double tapping, and sometimes prefers it over regular plinking (eg: Cammy’s cr.HP , cr.MK link). He also plinks almost everything, even if unnecessary (but probably still a good habit), like cr.HP , cr.MK (2f link). He also uses PPP as Select, and always seems to use his index finger to hit it (I use my pinky, but whatever floats your boat). He also never uses his thumb, not even for Short. Instead he’ll do a short plink using his pointer + index. Lastly he moves his hands around a lot just to keep plinking within pointer/middle and pointer/index fingers, never using middle/index fingers (eg: MK~HK I think?). Oh yeah, he also does Focus Attack with pointer/middle (again avoiding the use of his thumb).
The manually configurable Select is a huge plus, and possibly might be enough to convince me to buy one. Yeah you can do it for free by rewiring any regular stick, but what if you play a different game that uses that button? What if your friends wants to borrow your stick, and s/he needs the PPP button?
Anyways, fancy combo video but none of the links, 1f or not, impress me anymore now that I can blink everything lol. The last combo with cl.st.LP xx super into Tsumuji loop xx SJC U2 looked pretty cool though, and the U1 post-combo (mostly because I almost never see post U1 combos). The TC1 , cr.HP xx kunai into double Tsumuji loop xx SJC U2 is something I (and probably several others here) would do all day everyday in training room if it weren’t for me sucking at the cr.HP xx kunai link.
It upsets me that I can do the cr.HP xx Kunai link quite well, but can’t SJC for shit 
That lp sjc super, mk doesn’t work on standing gouken, standing sakura, standing blanka. Timing is more strict (on anyone) if they’re crouching than if they’re standing for obvious reasons.
Straight super, mk u2 does 727 dmg, I’m sure theres a bigger damage combo but I haven’t messed around with it too much.
That combo is not that hard (it´s not exactly the same but the essence doesn´t change, I recorded it like a month ago with my mobile phone)

Hi! This is a short video that a friend did for me. I´m pretty sure that you guys have seen/done these combos a lot of times and this is nothing different for any ibuki player, but I think that my friend´s video editing is quite good!
I´m glad to be able to pull of this combos, I spent time in the lab so I´m kind of proud of myself (this is my payoff I guess!). Three/four months ago I could not do a single sjc into dash, connect tsumuji loops or sjc into ultra2. Some of your advices help me a lot, so if I´m able to do this (which is nothing special I know) is because of you guys (Mingo, izuna, damascus etc). Thanks

I played this WHITE GUN v2 guy on ranked XBL (is he in the forum?), he has a decent Ibuki but I’ve definitely seen way better on these boards (Gabe, littlesushi, Mingo and Izuna as an example) =)
i’ve only ran across maybe 3-4 ibuki’s online, none of whom i recognized from the forums. wish i could play against more for the experience
