The best part is the commentary. Cool to see how passionate Jibbo is about SFxT, and he basically breaks things down quite well, with regards to the criticisms and haters of the game.
I had the privilege to be Jibbo’s sparring partner that morning. He taught me some things about Sagat like EX Knee being +frames and that the second hit of most Tiger Knees had +frames. I also got some sparring in with Wolfkrone and deathnote.
That was some good stuff man. Actually has me re-thinking some thing about how I play too.
And that Asuka pressure, wow… I know I’ve kinda made myself focus on Juri/Julia right now because I R SCRUB, but maaaaaan I want to learn so many characters in this game to at least a somewhat decent level. Everytime I see a good Asuka or a sick Jin, I cry a little inside.
Short and Forward Tiger Knee have + frames if you space them properly and hit the opponent crouching. Roundhouse tiger knee doesn’t hit crouching opponents.

Not gonna lie, Civil War was one of the most hype tournaments I’ve seen 'till now. The stream was awesome and I enjoyed it all the way through. Nice matches, commentary and atmosphere!
Because I was there conducting the hype train! 
Dude, if I lived in the US (I’m Belgian) and could make it to the tournament, I would certainly followed you around and be part of da hype! lol
Entertaining broadcast, lol commentary, good matches. Finals were hype. Even the stream monsters blew up at the conclusion of that last match:

Be sure to watch Gamerbee vs Poongko as well as JWong vs Gamerbee.
Those were some really good matches, love watching Gamerbee’s Julia go to work. My only problem is that there was little character variety, but I feel like that’s going to slowly change.
Yeah, Julia and Steve are among my favorite characters to watch. Their movement is just cool.
The shoto popularity is a bit annoying, but I hope people start exploring the rest of the roster soon. There are a lot of unexplored characters in the game, but the familiarity and straight up solid moves of Ryu and Ken are luring people to them…as usual. We’ll see how time and future patches shake things up…
Agreed, Steve is another fun one to watch. And that’s exactly it, the game just hasn’t even been “unboxed” yet as far as I’m concerned. I mean granted, my main team is Juri/Julia so I’m not exactly original either lol, but there seems to be so much potential in the roster for some really crazy tech to emerge.
Just… gotta get… through the shoto phase of this game’s life…
