That is even better news if I make off time for EVO. I wouldn’t mind dining there every night at all. 
I’m like that when I’m in a tournament. Like once I’m playing in the tournament I dont know what food is till I get out of my pool. Then once I get out I’m starving. I like to eat a lot though so if I’m not gaming I gotta get something to eat.

Johnny Rockets is awesome. I also remember the days of eating one meal and then sorta eating again whenever.
But damn is that not enough food for an entire day for me anymore. I miss being young(er). Now I need to eat 3 square + snacks + coffee just to keep the specter of death at bay for another day.
Also yeah one of the keys to Vegas is to scout food options. It is extremely easy to spend a lot of money on food (sometimes on good food but usually just getting gouged) but its also not too hard to not fuck your wallet up with some research.

Maybe. But after I saw Sonic’s comeback vs Chris G I am not so sure anymore.
Sonic seems to dominate every game he takes seriously.
But we’ll see. GO1 is known as an anime god so it will be interesting.
Nice. I went to a place called Chima in Virginia for my bday 2 years ago. Was awesome. I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about Fogo too and always wanted to hit the one in Vegas.
Seeing you’re Brasilian you probably know about some good grilled meats. I always have to remember to not go too hard on the salad/cheese bar or RIP by the time the meats come.
The Fogo in Vegas is just down the street from Caesars just a bit off the strip. Like a 20 minute walk from there on E Flamingo. Oh btw what’s the name of that yellow drink/spirit that everyone talks about at Brazil BBQ’s? I think I had it one time and remember it being really good.
Chima is a lot better than Fogo. I thought Fogo was way overrated and their food was way too salty. I have only been to the one in DC though. I’ve been to Chima multiple times and it’s my favorite all you can eat churrasco I’ve been to. Those little cheese rolls they give you are incredible too.

That would be cachaça. It is a sugar cane spirits, much akin to rum, but with a very distinct fermenting process which leads to a different taste and texture.
Personally, I much prefer rum over it, to the point I now distil my own rum. But cachaça is also pretty good, specially when in a “caipirinha”, a drink made of cachaça, sugar, lime and ice cubes.
The cheese rolls are pretty beast at Chima. Forgot about them till you brought them up.
THATS IT. Yeah that caipirinha stuff is good. Definitely getting some if I go to Fogo or Chima again. How long does it take to distill your own rum? One of my fav ones is Rhum Barbancourt (Haitian Rum). My mom’s side of the family is from Jamaica so a good Appleton is always fun as well.

Eh, with Chris G he wasn’t at his full power level. He tends to fuck around whenever new games come out and not pick really high tier characters. He doesn’t really like to play to the meta when he gets to a new game. He just beats to his own drum and plays whatever the fuck is fun and settles down later. This is the same guy that used Green Arrow day 1 of Injustice and Reptile day one of MKX.
With that said, now that I’ve seen more of Trunks he does have potential to be one of the better characters, but he just didn’t have Trunks optimized at all. No command flip pressure, never use the bang attack special, he literally just played the most basic neutral you could play with him. Android 18 is ok, but I dont see anything about her anymore that’s sure to make her on the level of Cell, 16, Black or A.Gohan so he probably need to get rid of her.
GO1 is much more fit to fight Sonicfox. Has grade A meta team. 2 established top tiers and top assist. Sonicfox is known for having the best setplay in the business, but you can’t just run offense on GO1 all day because A.Gohan has DP that he can cancel into assist. He’s going to find ways out of pressure and not just get locked down all day. GO1 should have the advantage at the start since Sonicfox basically is running a team with no real neutral assist unless he switches out Black.
Goku Black is probably the near the best character you can play without an assist in the game, but it’s still vs ish neutral so having one is better than not and A.Gohan can definitely fight Black.

Been playing some throwback games for the last week or so. I forgot how brutal gaming was back in the day. Limited continues. No checkpoints. Everything kills you in one hit and the AI is super cheap. I dont understand how i used to beat these games from the late 80s and early 90s

22+ hours flight to get to Vegas, 25+ hours flight to get back home…
Yeah, I am not going to EVO this year. I will plan a longer vacation, with a stop in Japan then back to Cali and finally ending with EVO for 2019.
Spending 3 out of 6 or 7 days of vacations flying and in airports wouldn’t be a very nice thing to do.

Yes, it will be my first time in Japan. I have been to all sorts of countries in South America for work, and in Indianapolis in the US in 2008 for GenCon for a grand total of 3 days, 2019 will be my first time in Japan.
