The SFV Lounge: MUTINY!

With the Scrooge McDuck money MS is tossing around you never know if it won’t happen again.

I actually first played it on PC, then I got the sequel on Xbox (and PS4).

Watching my clips it looks super fun but it’s one of those games where I try to jump back in and I’m immediately reminded why I stopped playing.

That map above is probably my favorite.

I stopped playing because I have the attention span of a fly. That and EA kinda killed it…

It’s only 6 bucks… But I gotta download Origin to play it. Hmmmm…

Titanfall 2 is on Steam. Don’t know how popular it is tho

Super-busy the last few months with work, but I’ve seen through a lot of games this year, relatively, for me, anyhow.

Games I actually completed, gotta agree with a couple of yours:

Tsushima was awesome, and when lockdown began:

Persona 5 Royal (superb! Already tempted to go again) and AssCreed Odyssey were perfect distraction-last forever games.

Kingdoms Of Amalur remaster was rough but still a decent game, and I finally got round to finishing DOS 2. Can understand why folk don’t get into it, but when you do, fucking hell.

Loved GB while my friends still played it, and now they don’t and I don’t think I’ll ever play it again.

Hope you’re all well anyhow, all shittiness aside.

PS: got a backlog that’d make me a social pariah if any fucker saw it

As I get older I get more picky with what I want to sink my time into. I mostly just buy fighting games and RPG’s (most of which are from series I’ve been playing for years).

This year I bought GBVS, FF7 Remake and Yakuza 0. Thoroughly enjoyed all three!

Tales of Berseria is now dirt cheap in the PSN store, I’m going to give that a shot.

I find this Ian Walker dude’s style of journalism very cringe.

Well it’s Kotaku, so any journalism from there is automatically terrible.

Is because it is.
He used to be around here, as Ian to the Max, if i am not mistaken, writing for the front page.

He was one of the 1st to start throwing generalizations that the fgc was toxic, problematic and all the isms and phobes back in the day.

A really idiotic individual when you had to interact with him.
He came alongside with many 09ers and was full of scrubtastic hottakes at the begining.

Edit.

Some rumors say he was the idiot Ash Crimson, using an alt to post his stupidity without having to put a face to it.

No one should read Kotaku. I refuse to click any links to their site.

They’d better get on their asses and start development of VF6.

Conspiracy theory time!!

Tekken 7 is the most successful fighter of this generation.
Over 5 million copies sold, an active player base 5 years after launch, widely considered one of the best entrances in the series by most fans familiar with it.

Sega eying Twitter begging them to put Kiryu in the game. bout to give Bamco the middle finger and make their own game, put Kiryu in there.

Virtua Fighter 6, right? WRONG! It’ll be a SEGA All-Stars arena fighter! Haven’t you always wanted to smash Big the Cat’s face in as a Japanese gangster? Sega sure hopes so.

Akira and Sarah would for sure be in it, too.

Sega could cash in with just putting a bunch of Yakuza Characters into Virtua Fighter.
Why stop with Kiryu? Add Majima too.
Why stop at Yakuza, put General Winter from CoH2 in too.

Also even on a Teaser, you get the earrape Sega Logo Sound.
