the tekken ranking system these days is pretty lenient, ever since season 2 climbing the ranks hasnt been very difficult especially if you game the system and pick your fights. People who definitely wouldnt do damage at a major tournament offline could have several legit TTGPs
that said it is still very impressive that hes serious enough about the game to grind it out like that, especially since online rank in his neck of the woods is probably tougher to earn lol
His combo structure is easily the most unique in the game. I mean I cannot pin down a bnb for this dude. Everybody keeps finding different routes. Having a manual super dash is a helluva adjustment compared to literally the rest of the cast.
I managed to find a 1 bar TOD…one of the easiest ones I’ve come across at launch lol. Seems like 214S is gonna lead to some really easy “pre spark” combos. The damage scaling is nuts.
Quick rundown on the Tekken ranking system compared to my impression of SFV:
Everything pre-Genbu: Bronze
Red ranks (Genbu): Silver
Blue ranks (Fujin): Gold
Emperor: Ultra gold
Tekken God Prime: Platinum and everything up
The rank system in T7 sucks and a lot of people have insanely inflated ranks from simply playing a lot, and you can cherry pick games pretty easily to ensure you mostly get opponents that you can beat (TMM is infamous for doing this). A lot of people I shit on in casuals/tournaments have multiple TGPs. It’s especially bad on PS4, since most really good players have migrated to PC.
I’m not gonna detract from Infil (and Leffen, who has done similar climbing recently) for picking up the game fast, but Tekken God ranks aren’t that hard to attain. Especially with the more unorthodox characters.
You really should, you could make some really nice extra money for the family.
We should all do trading and make a whatsapp room or a Discord room, divide the amount of currencies each member has to monitor. That would make this easier to make money
Well, I don’t mean to brag, but after that one I closed another operation in $46, and then another in $106 so… GIMME YOUR MONNIES!
