[spoiler=]Aināt this a bitch? They are actually following the SB2: Heroes storyline of Oichi (gaiden mode) (which makes me believe they will go deeper on her reaction to Azaiās death and eventual downward spiral to insanity/darkness).
Sasuke and Kasuga finally fight on this episode too and no, not against each other lol. About time Sasuke pulled out those overgrown shuriken.
Hondam is a beast and I.G. actually made him look like a damn Gundam. Next weekās episode looks good too.[/spoiler]

Anyone else seeing the seeds of his betrayal being planted yet? I mean I guess they can get away with not mentioning it, but I hope if they do a second series that in addition to including Hanbei and Hideyoshi, they also have Mitsuhide killing Nobunagaā¦you know to be historically accurate XD
Episode 5 was indeed awesome. Plot is starting to pick up, with the action still being pretty good. BTW, BSSubs has also picked up the series, and they appear to be the most reliable sub group now that Tadashiiās quit (or something), and Shinsen continue their inconsistent ways.
As expected, ep 5 was a good action intensive episode.

Shingen enjoys tornadoing fools at relative ease. The Shingen/Sasuke/Yukimura vs Tadakatsu battle was easily the best in the episode; could say the same for Masamune vs Nagamasa, but that was more flashy pyrotechnics than anything.
I guess Nagamasaās out of the picture now with all those gunshots he has. I wonder how Oichi will deal with the situation now that her husband was killed by her brotherās (or rather, his confidantās) forces.
Next week will likely be full of fights as this one.

I smell sequel series, I canāt fathom a way theyād wrap this series up in 6 more episodes and still retain the quality theyāve established, hell they basically spent 5 episodes showing how badass Nobunaga is ( and very well done), theyā have to spend 5+ more to really on Nagamasa. And considering Nagamasa IS the reason why Hideyoshi became who he is in this series, and the fact that Keiji would most likely loathe him for it, I canāt honestly see this all coming to an end with just 12 episodes and without Hideyoshi becoming the 3rd antagonistā¦but who knows Iāve been burned before, just not by Basara
Episode 6 was pretty tight but yea I donāt see how they can wrap this up properly. Itāll probably either leave off a cliffhanger or end the current arc but leave just enough stuff to start a second season if the series is popular enough. I think itāll depend on the ratings though I donāt think that would be an issue. I believe the franchise has a pretty good following if it spanned 3 games, expansion games on different platforms, and itās own anime series but I guess they are hedging their bets.

Seems like its going towards Kotarouās Gaiden Story w/ Date out of business for now. Only difference is that Matsunaga didnāt take him out of business himself. So now with the whole Matsunaga/Kotarou beef going on, expect the Miyoshi Death Trio. They must be on this episode.

Poor Tadakatsu got destroyed like that. Nouhime displaying her gun prowess was sweet, while the short battle between Tadakatsu/Yukimura was good too.
Iām a bit surprised too that Matsunaga made his appearance. I wonder if heāll play a bit part of the plot as well? Next episode might give us hints about that, but it doesnāt seem like weāll be seeing Hanbei or Hideyoshi anytime soon

The guy is more crazier than what you think. Once he goes into his darkness mode, weāll probably see him slashing his own forces like mad and having that constant creepy laugh. Iām expecting theyāll show it up in the anime when Mitsuhide leaves Odaās side.

[details=Spoiler]Iām not too clear on this but is it true that Kojuurou is actually supposed to be stronger than Masamune? Heās definitely the smarter fighter taking advantage of his blind spot like that. Figured the shinigami trio would show up, sick intro.
Overall, Iām glad weāre starting to see some action from Kojuurou.[/details]
