I mentioned it before, but more people from 209 want to see whats up with a friendly valley tournament. I want to gather both cities and get more people invovled with what goes on around our area. Most of the guys now in Stockton are new and it’d be great to introduce them to more comp and get are scene bigger.
I was thinking of asking davis if we can use their wonderful establishment, well if interested lemme know. probably marvel and cvs2 (thats all we play here…for now! =_=)

Also, I just got HD Remix and I’m getting Tatsunoko vs Capcom when its coming out. I was thinking of doing some small get togethers at my house but the only problem with that would be the amount of time we’d be able to play (I can’t have people stay later than 10/11 at night @_@) cuz of my folks and what not. Oh and when i got spare change on me i’ll be buying that Naruto Ninja Storm. That game is so fuckin off the hook, guys, i can’t even begin to describe the feeling i got when playing that. Feels like your playing an anime and its everything dbz should have been. Aside from that, i have just about every game thats big now a days and i have every system just about except the xbox 360 cuz thats my dads. If anyone is interested, lemme know and i can get something started every now and then. Its not as nice as mickel’s joint but i thought i’d help do something. :woot:
Well, first we’d need to figure out where to play. I was thinking davis is a good spot, since some people don’t have sticks and they still have an arcade up and running in this region. I just have to ask them what’s good about it.
Sounds good, I am thinking of maybe getting this pizza spot near my house to let us get down on their location. It can hold a decent amount of people and its already got the food/beer part covered. And i got some peepz who got t.v.'s and surge protectors or w/e they are called. My only concern with that though, is the surrounding area is a tad bit @_@ to be honest. Which is what kinda make me think its not a good choice to do anything involving our own systems/games/sticks. The safety and security of the people attending is also to be kept in mind so damn, i gotta think of another place, again. I am gonna see about renting out a hall in sacramento, although the last hall i been to was outlandishly expensive for something not so impressive. :amazed:

there’s grapevine over here, the owner plays a lil sf himself and he’s very down to earth. He’d probably wanna do a puzzle fighter tourney too.

We play on console, our last arcade finally took a dirt nap…that makes like 6 arcades now to die here O_O.
We have t.v., maybe an extra one or two is needed, but we pretty much got consoles and televisions covered everytime. It’s sticks we fail at.
Well it could be a bring your own stick basis, although i’m always willing to let someone use mine when i’m not using it. Where is this wonderful establishment and the name of it?

it’s actually not that bad. I paid 20 bucks and played for 3 days on it, playing each day for like 5-6 hours.
Yeah but thats 20 on top of paying the driver moniez and then food and knowing me i’m gonna be losing all kinds of money trying to learn another game on arcade.
