Well alot of people at CF think the game is seriously cheap(which it kind of is when you break the game down considering the whole game revolves around air juggles and guard break)but the problem is nobody wants to figure ways out of the cheap shit, they want everything to be instant.
Yeah. I know Derrick plays alot of RF2, he’s been playing around with Beatrice and he’s a pretty awesome Bazoo (I wish he kept up with the Garnet using though)… but RF2 died out at CF for the most part.
No one playing is good for me though, it means I might be able to learn the game.
I’ll be at Cf to play this and marvel 2 so i hope i get some comp. For those who dont know me im a tall white dude that uses Zen. =D

Kidding. In all seriousness, who’s that one black dude that came in CF before I left that had that beastly Garnet? Garnet and Sheryl are about the only characters I can respect(well…Maybe not Sheryl) if I get beaten down.
i know who ur talking about his garnet is pretty good. as far as nick t’s comments i don’t think this game is that cheap considering i haven’t seen anything that totally owns this game. i mean the greed thing is not that cheap because i have seen ppl keep him from doing that. i have not seen any other character whore anything or a set of moves and win consistently. i mean when i see those vids online you see every week there are new characters doing beastly sh!t look at the vids now at rumble heart, there is a guy freaking it with boyd! and also that bazoo vid where he did that 8 hit corner juggle vicious. i mean besides nelson, i don’t know how the mvc2 heads cannot play rf2. i mean why play a game that has 56 characters, if only 6 are used in match play i mean that just stinks. this game is very technical i mean we havent even started to learn how to effectively use impace blows in combos. there is so much to still learn in this game. and kudos to all those who continue to play it in spite of the negative response in that arcade. i mean, if there isn’t a quick character to just pick up and whore, i guess in ctf the game isn’t that good. the thing that po’s me is that i see marvel heads watching the game and sh!t they ask questions about it, but they never give it a try. so maybe one day we will see more heads playing it. that my rant for the day. better luck next week i suppose props to nelson for being the only mvc2er ooops my bad and andre for play rf2 keep up and tell ur friends to try it too they won’t be dissapointed. and props to derek for playing with all them characters. don’t let his training go the waste. as for me orville has gone to hawaii until more ppl start to play its hikari and boyd for me till more ppl wanna play again.

You gotta keep in mind of who’s playing the game. There me, you, Chibi, OrochiTempest, Justin, Nelson, random asians + other random people.
Now, a good amount of the asians and random people I see playing, button mash straight to hell. I guarentee that none of those guys know what they’re doing. There’s only one asian that i actually think is good. Its the skinny guy with the glasses that uses Zen. He actually knows what he’s doing. I honestly think that there is alot of stuff left in this game that needs to be broken down. I think it’s going to be another marvel type game with a bunch of broken but still strategic stuff.
Seriously there is something wrong with this game.
I jumped and immediately did an air dodge and a one frame startup one frame recovery kick came out. Then I did something similar and the whole screen shifted to the left. Orochi saw it. So yeah, there’s more to this game then meets the eye.
totally agree with you nick there is some broken stuff. i know there are some glitches but the game hasn’t even been touched properly games with dodging like that is bound to have some problems like at roll cancelling in cvs2. there is prolly something similar in this game. but my problem is when ppl stop trying for instance, if someone found some glitch with aran and ppl in ctf saw it, then we would get a whole bunch of aran players coming out of the woodwork. i just hope ppl give this game more of a chance those vids at rumblehearts has boyd dropping mito, beatrice, and hazama like a bad habit. yeah and props to that asian dude with the glasses he plays very well with zen, chibs i think he coming for you with kaya dude ;o) anywhoo props to anyone who still plays and i hope to see you guys around there playing sometime. wanna try hikari out against u guys :o) cya soon. on a complaint note, i think if they were to make a revision, they have to make the defensive stock go up faster. it goes up to slow, and by the time you get 1 stock against rushdown heavy characters, you have had the tarhooties beaten out of you. other than that i think most folks rush down cuz thats all they know as we play more we will learn more styles. keep this thread bumped and if u guys find out any new info about the game or when it will be released to console, please post let’s keep this thread bumped yall im out.
