Sorry I didn’t post earlier, I was busy the weekend doing homework. I just wanna thank everyone for showing up. I know that UCLA didn’t get to play much since they showed up late and I’m very sorry for that. There were alot of hype matches and I’m glad that you all wanted to come out and support your schools. You all did great and I couldn’t have asked for a better event.
Since this event is over, you guys won’t hear about another one until next semester. I hope to make this event grow even bigger. It’s a step by step process and I won’t be here longer, so hopefully one of you guys can pick up the work and start thinking about doing your own things.
On a more sincere note. I just want you guys to know that this tourney was supposed to be more then another round robin. I wanted you all to come together just to see what other schools are capable of. Not just skill wise, but the support they have with one another. I can’t point out any schools, but I just hope you guys know who your top players are. Those top players are trying to do a lot for you guys, but they can’t help you if you don’t want to be helped. Respect each other. That’s the only way you guys can grow as a team and better yet, individually.

thanks for the warm welcome (Abel player from team LA CC). it was fun and exciting. 3/5 of our team losing against Tatsu at the end of the OC CC set, then 4/5 of our team losing against Warahk at the end of the Cal States set. doh ><
