I watch replays all the time on youtube, and finally… FINALLY, there are pro Dan players, most notably is kubobuuuuuuuuuu, hell I don’t now how many u’s was on his name but whatever he is awesome
Yep good players picking Dan up is the key to acceptance, I dont think this changes the fact he sucks, having a great ability to predict people and be unpredictable yourself will actually make you an above average Dan player.
Dan has:
-Awesome DP
-Awesome pressure with Dan knees
-Great damaging combos (requires EX stocks though)
-Decent tools to defend himself and answer to most situations;
Seriously, I used to play him on Alpha 2 and… yeah, he’s freaking good in this game.
He still lacks a decent gameplay since most of his confirm comes off punishing and risky guesses.
The trick with playing Dan is that you need very good fundamentals with a dab of randomness. Most of the time, you play against characters that have a slight edge over you.
