After his terrible defeat at the hands of a random fighter at the U.S. Martial Arts Tournament, and in front of his master, Ken, nonetheless, Sean was humiliated. He would again return to seclusion as he had done once before. Defeat after defeat served only to create an emptiness in his heart. Why must his master denounce him? Why could he not become good enough to make Ken Masters proud? These questions alone served to increase his determination. For years, he trained alone in seclusion, adapting the moves he had learned from observing Ken, into ones that flowed with his body. His basketball became an extension of his arm, and his cockiness became the confidence he needed to make his master proud. His training completed, he began his search for the one man that would prove whether or not he had truly improved.
Sean finds Akuma in a forest burning with the power of the Dark Hadou. He knows he need only stand in this man’s way to prove his fighting prowess. Akuma attacks Sean with the full extent of his power, and much to his surprise, Sean does not make a move to defend himself, but pulls a basketball out of his bag. Enraged by Sean’s nonchalant nature, Akuma fires a stream of Hadoukens toward him. Sean shoots the ball into the air and dodges the barrage. Every one of Akuma’s blows are blocked by Sean, but each rocks his body with the full force of the Dark Hadou. Sean fights back with a style that Akuma has never encountered, and throws off his pace. Sean does not land a clean blow, and Akuma eventually lands a kick into his side.
Akuma walks his way towards the exhausted Sean and places his palm on his forhead. Just as Akuma yells “Now Die You Insolent Fool!” Sean’s basketball lands on the top of Akuma’s head. Akuma freezes for a moment, and then his mouth raises from a frown for just a moment, though not into a smile. He removes his hand from Sean’s forehead then turns away and continues on his journey to find Ryu. After Akuma has made his leave, Sean rises, sticks a stick of gum in his mouth, and retrieves his ball. He grins and then walks into the horizon, he must now find his Master, Ken.
Just thought this would be fun for me to write and some other people to read, I will probably do more on less popular characters. Hope you guys like it, it was fun to write.
