I’d recommend that you look for jobs on campus. I know that most of them go fast at the beginning of the semester, but a lot of people take those jobs for granted, don’t show up, and get fired, so it’s possible to get a slot. Truthfully, if your adviser is worth half a damn, you should be able to ask them about job opportunity’s and they should tell you something better than to go apply to WacArnolds.
A local movie theatre should be an easy enough job, but If all else fails, try to get a small gig at UPS. They’re always hiring people, and they’re pretty flexible with hours. Since you’ve got a car, it should be a slam dunk, since despite whatever they say, they prefer people who have reliable transportation.
Nah Atlanta is pretty cheap…you can get a studio for like 750 in buckhead and midtown. And it will be like 1400 sq ft.:
I live outside the city only bc the daycare I go to is nice as hell and I like living next to old Koreans and white ppl. There’s just too many dragqueens in the city for my taste.
If you really want to be in atl I say move to sandy springs area. Some areas in midtown are cool but it just depends on how you feel about living around all that extra circus shit that be walking around
