i forgot all about that track and “No Apologies”,i guess I had a small glimpse of hope then…anyone heard Redman’s new song “Oh My”?Im feeling it,I don’t see why people are upset Red decided to do a “pop” record.He’s always ALWAYS took risks like that in his music(I got a Secret,that whole Dare Iz A Darkside album,Da Goodness, etc.i could go on and on with Red).

Well I think he might be able to sell some albums this time around. Better than anyone else I’ve heard on this pop rap shit, but Redman has better sampling imo, is RZA the producer on his CD? However I still like the old school flow in my hip-hop therefore Im not completely for it. Not gonna like just because Redman is a big name to me either.
Sounds like a song from the South, he should get Soulja Boy to make a dance for him or some shit like that while he’s trying this out. But is a means to make money I guess, staying in his comfort zone isn’t working out I’m assuming?

Nah,I don’t think Rza is producing.I wish Red and Rza would have had more joints after hearing some of the stuff on Blackout and “The W”.I highly doubt Red is going to sell more units tho.Red had a few “pop” joints on his last 2 albums.Red Gone Wild had “Put It Down”,“Blow Treez”,“Suttin 4 Errrbody”.Blackout 2 had “City Lights”,“Hey Zulu”,Mrs International" there was another joint too.I forgot the name of it,they weren’t bad songs at all imo.I dug them just like the rest of the album joints.He still kept his steez.
BTW,Red is dropping “Muddy Waters 2:The Return of Mudd Foot” in April.He said he has alot of beats from 95-96 that he didn’t use on the 1st Muddy Waters and he’s going to go back to that style of rapping again.Can’t wait for both of his new joints.

i don’t think there’s any rule that a mixtape can’t be nominated for a grammy, i mean it was a cohesive body of work.
