I just heard this shit… I gotta say, between this, and Fireworks, I’m officially re-hyped for Thank Me Later. I saw Drake feat The Dream, and when I downloaded it, I had a thought. Drake could either make the typical Rapper feat RnB Nigga track, that Dream is OK for (I like the shit he did with Snoop), or he could make something really slow and moody, that would go against the image he’s tried to conjure up since getting into the whole YMCMB mix.
He went with the slow, moody shit and I like it. On the low, I really fuck with Dream’s first two albums, so I was kinda excited to see the collab happen, it wasn’t quite as good as I hoped, but I fuck with it.

My bad, 400 bars is 20 minutes. Game’s voice sounds different. And what’s the whole point of rapping for that long? People want to digest or move on. 20 minutes is just inviting people to skip, after the initial novelty.

I made it throough like 6 minutes of 400 bars. His bi-polar behavior is astounding, the fact that he shouts out Hov on this track just proves that he’s a smart dumb ziggan through and through.
The new LB album is depressing to me. It just seems so weathered and forced. It’s like Jordan coming back for the Bobcats for a season.
One thing I will say is that Pooh has become a great MC over the years, he has really impressed me with his growth (nope) over the course of these 4 albums. 9th is gonna continue making big money off of beats, Phonte is gonna take the grown man route and do Foreign Exchange and hopefully Pooh will have a successful career as a solo artist.
I’m really gonna miss, LB. I get to see them in concert on May 28th though!
