hailstorm doesn’t chip? :lol: shiiiiieeettt
Of course it chips, but on most characters, its not really THAT beneficial. Its a factor in a victory in general, but I was just wondering why so many people did consecutive hailstorms so much. Against Sentinel, if you madmash, it does a lot of chip damage. So, it wasnt a complaint, it was a inquiring question. But, Im sure more and more people will misunderstand it and tell me Im crazy.
Also, I dont know whats going on with me posting or replying to post, but oddly Im suspciousy NOT logged in when I try to respond to a post. It seems that somehow somebody is able to block me from posting in a public forum, NOT a private one. I wouldnt suprise me, because some members have got into it with me, but they shouldnt be able to stop me from posting in a public thread. Its speculation, so Im not sure if that is possible or not. But, its happening more often lately.

And also if there’s no activity happening, like maybe you are reading a long thread on the same page too long, it automatically logs you off i suppose for your own security.

if your storm is half decent and can actually pose a threat with her rush down, people are BOUND to call an assist to ruin one of your mix ups.
If you mash during hailstorms hard enough, you can kill an assist with 3 of them.
Sometimes they don’t call out an assist so it seems “random.” It wasn’t random, they just anticipated wrong. If they do it again, its probably because they thought you’d mix it up and call out an assist this time.
Not to mention the bitch builds crazy meter. I swear I got infinite meter sometimes when I’m not even intentionally trying to build meter. I’m just working my angles with Hk’s and HP’s and next thing you know I got 5 meters to burn. Sometimes you gotta make use of it.

This includes instantly DHCing into hail.
Hailstorm is also pretty hard to punish from far away. Sometimes people will try to rush in after and run right into LK+HP > hcf+PP.
As far as her bar building, my god. Punch grab gives you like 25% bar, maybe more. That’s insane!

but as mentioned its not really random its storms gameplay
