I got an idea, guys what do you all think about having a South Coast Qualifier in Austin, Texas???

(I’m thinking about talking to Fubar about the Arcade UFO being the South Coast Qualifier)

That sounds interesting lukas. It’s kinda to late for this year, but we can talk about next year sir. Support your fellow snk players people!!!:tup: The fighting game community is big enough to allow a new genre in to the main stream fighting community. Our hopes weigh on how good KOF12 will be imo. While kof98um and the 2k2 remix are cool to us snk heads I think only KOF12 can bring snk to the forfront in the main stream fighting scene! People like playing the newest joint 1st and then when they enjoy the new game they will go back and check some of the oldies, but goodies!

How do you think people the younger gamers got into ST? Most likely they started with Marvel type games, cvs2, or 3S and they wanted to explore more capcom games they heard was good back in the day. Just hit me up on aim yo if you want to talk. If we can get people to notice and take snk games seriously then that will be the best thing to happen to the scene in years. IMO it all lays at the feet of kof12. That game has to be great imo to get snk in the mainstream scene.

I have a blackberry that I use when i’m at work. That’s why I don’t update FR list when i’m on the BB also, because my thumbs are so f’ing big and it’s hard to type in 28 degree weather with big hands:xeye:.

I am talking to Deidos of the Argentina KOFXI crew and we are debating about having a Super SBO Invite Tournament of Champions in Argentina in the future…

Meaning the hierachy will go like this:

Level 1:

RS Qualifiers (USA-Phoenix, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin etc)

**Level 2: **

Raging Storm El Paso, Texas SNK Major (USA)

**
Level 3: **

Raging Storm IN MEXICO National (TBD where)

**Level 4: **

Super SBO Style Invite Tournament of Champions in Argentina

Ideas anyone? I plan FARRRRRRR FARR AHEAD…

Also if I can make it…I have presented my idea to Jason at MWC, and thus I want to turn that into the MidWest Qualifier…
