Played him yesterday, he was at a 64 win streak then. Can only imagine how many rage quits that means. I barely lost, unfortunately.
Guys be careful, rage quitters may get desperate and start faking ragequits to get people punished.

…I was afraid this might happen. Hopefully Capcom does more than just look at a video and punish a player.
Scratch that, I hope they implement the permanent solution ASAP. Even with them punishing rage-quitters this whole situation is still a mess.
If session was completed without quitting it will be stored in replays of both players.
I would assume that Capcom has the ability to see complete and incomplete matches on the back end if they are recorded in fight logs. This should be identified in the perm solution too.

I still think that the faking of Rage Quits is not that simple!
That’s why I always record like some seconds AFTER the 40002 message, that shows I am going back to the Main Menu and my points are still the same from the start of the match.
i noticed that soundeffects from the stage plays sometimes even when the “disconnect” screen pops up.
that should def make it harder to fake these kinds of videos.

As a high rank player it can be pretty rage inducing to have to fight 100 low rank players (hope Capcom fixes this matchmaking) only to earn 5 points each, and then you lose againat 1 low rank player for whatever reason, and 40+ matches of LP disappears… I don’t stoop so low to rage quit however, and the situation is pretty apparent when NOT disconnecting after losing a match that costed me 210 points, landed me 20 twitter followers and lots of messages about how great I am for taking the loss like a man (it was on a stream I believe)
