Finishing Shower isn’t that great in TvC either, I think.
Because knowing Capcom it’s most likely replacing her far superior Soul Eraser super.
Seeing the [media=youtube]Dwcl_FJIOmQ"[/media] makes me wish that she could do in game what she was doing there, like flying, and sending her tendrils out out at long distances.
Because in TvC all of her non lvl3 supers were absolute trash…and it looks like they’re going down the same path. If she gets her DP super back i’ll be happy, but i’m pretty much resigned to it being Valkyrie Turn…

At least her other HC, Shadow Servant , seems like something you can easily combo into.
Isnt shadow servant the one where she grabs you and does the combo with the doppelganger or whatever?

Shadow servant seems to be similar to the one in MvC1/2 where she summoned multiple Lillith’s to perform multiple EX uppers.
Also, really hope they make it so that you can attack immediately after dash so she can have quick overhead of her forward dash.
Finishing Shower…still looks terrible gameplay wise, especially considering nearly every other Hyper in the game looks comboable, including her other one.
Keits better have at least one decent match with her on video. For the record, I love this thread name!
So far we’ve seen at least two of her Hypers (Finishing Shower/Shadow Servant), but I could’ve swore I saw her doing her drill Hyper from Tatsunoko when Chris summoned her for a Hyper crossover.
Could be wrong, but it certainly looked like it. I honestly hope that Hyper isn’t brought back.
Finishing shower did have uses in TvC. Safe DHC and saki unblockable shot THC nonsense. Probably more stuff, but I got plenty of use out of it that way. I would have rather had soul eraser, but a version that was better than the mvc2 version. I did not care for it that much in mvc2, but it had its uses.
My super choices would have been having DI as a level 1, and eternal slumber as the level 3. Then whatever the choice is between the remaining supers as the other level 1. If I had one problem with morrigan in TvC it was that her damage was unimpressive without a lvl 3. A weaker lvl 1 DI would have made me happy. Everything else about TvC morrigan was good. She was a fun character in that game.
At the very least, they should up the chip damage on finishing shower.

Just saw Morrigan’s flight mode for the first time. I’m sold. I don’t even give a shit how “scrubby” the mechanics are any more (they’re not)
