One thing I’ve been meaning to ask. Can she Double Launch into lvl. 3, or does DI only hit one character at a time?
Is the dark harmonizer assist the same as her kiss assist? Or does it have a different effect?
I would assume it’s the same assist, just under a different name since it is still listed as an “extra” type assist.
is shadow blade still a good assist or is the kiss one much better?
Shadow Blade has some startup invincibility and can function as a GTFO assist. It’s a really good AAA, but the meter one seems to build around 30% meter, so I don’t know.
When I played, I stuck with shadow blade though…
Something I’ve never seen, can you hit assists with di at all? How about in 2?

No, you can’t hit assists with DI in mvc2 nor tvc iirc. I would assume the same would go for mvc3 too. After all, I’ve never seen a “catch” type hyper hit two characters at once in this game.
Yeah, wasn’t sure if I just hadn’t seem it our if it was impossible.
I don’t think any ‘catches’ work on assists either
It’d be nice if DI could catch assists. It’d be a quick and easy way to take out an assist considering its damage and how easy it is to combo.
Hmm, so no Double Launch into DI punish then. How about FS. I’m assuming that since it’s not a “catch” hyper, you can Double Launch into FS.
In MvC2 they would work only if they also hit a point character, with like one or two weird exceptions that worked on assists(Sakura maybe? Can’t remember) So I guess just test it on an individual basis.
Yeah, you can double launch into FS. I did this at fight club.
So, how much damage to the assist are we talking about here?
If I remember correctly, somewhere between 65-75%. But that was on Wolverine. It could fluctuate depending on the assist and how big the combo is before FS.
I didn’t think the missiles penetrated for some reason?

Another note about Finishing Shower, it seems to be easier to combo in the corner.
